- - Hotel Entrance: The use of a mask, disinfection of hands and shoes and control of body temperature is mandatory;
- - Express Check-in: Only one person with documentation for all guests, email invoice and preference for "contactless" payment methods, check-in after 15 hours;
- - Cleaning protocol: More frequent cleaning of surfaces and objects and optimization of air circulation;
- - Covid-19 Kit: Sale of Covid-19 kit (alcohol / gel, gloves and face mask)
- - Social distance: Separation of the check-in and check-out area, existence of a physical barrier at the counter and marking distances of 2 m;
- - Communication: Availability of whatsapp number and email to avoid face-to-face contact.
- - Check-out: Until 11 am.

- - Cleaning protocol: reinforcement of daily cleaning and disinfection procedures (done every 2 days or less or none if the client wishes); during cleaning, only professionals stay in the apartment; even deeper disinfection between stays.
- - Textiles: bed textiles / towels washed at 60ºC with disinfectants

- - Capacity reduction: spacing between tables of two meters;
- - Use of the terrace: preferential use;
- - Limitation of people: maximum capacity is defined;
