The main priority of the Pinheiros da Balaia Villas is to protect and guarantee the safety and well-being of its guests and employees.

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic situation, this plan is fully in line with WHO recommendations and the guidelines of national and regional health authorities.

Reception / Public areas

  1. - Hotel Entrance: The use of a mask, disinfection of hands and shoes and control of body temperature is mandatory;
  2. - Express Check-in: Only one person with documentation for all guests, email invoice and preference for "contactless" payment methods, check-in after 15 hours;
  3. - Cleaning protocol: More frequent cleaning of surfaces and objects and optimization of air circulation;
  4. - Covid-19 Kit: Sale of Covid-19 kit (alcohol / gel, gloves and face mask)
  5. - Social distance: Separation of the check-in and check-out area, existence of a physical barrier at the counter and marking distances of 2 m;
